Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 To start a return, you can contact us at shopify@alwatania.ae. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Al Watania Marine, 9GC3+V2, P.O. Box. 30161, store #02, plot #02, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. 

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RAILBLAZA- Return Policy

RAILBLAZA, we hope your purchase meets your satisfaction. If you do encounter issues, our team is here to help. You can return products within 15 days of purchase for either store credit or a refund.

Please note that you must meet the following requirements to make a return:

  • The product must have been purchased within the past 15 days.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product must be unused and free of damage
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.

Damaged Items
Please notify us immediately if you receive a damaged product. We will work to right the situation as quickly as possible

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded. We regret any inconvenience this might cause.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs — and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.

Returns Policy

For a full product refund, your item must be returned UNOPENED and postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. Shipping fees associated with your initial purchase are non-refundable. 

Items that are returned opened, used, damaged, defective, or in a materially different condition, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. Restocking fees are deducted from your refund. 

We do not accept returns for items purchased from other retailers or resellers. You will need to contact the retailer or reseller you purchased the product from.

We will accept item exchanges for products purchased directly from our website within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. You will be responsible for obtaining a return shipping method and paying return shipping costs. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
